In registering for this Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list. These details (name, position, company and email address) may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including International Lipidomics Society, the organizing committee, sponsors, exhibitors and other parties associated with the Conference.

All information collected with respect to your registration for participation in this Conference will only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct of the event, or communication regarding future events.

By completing the registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be used for the above purposes.

Registration and Cancellation

By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the iLSC 2024 in-person and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to the Conference Committee,”conference@purspec.cn”.

1. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days before the conference will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
2. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 7 days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund.
3. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 7 days of the Conference; however a substitute delegate may be nominated.
4. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier.Please refer to the cancellation conditions for each supplier.

You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, your registration will not be successful.
