Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration will start on March 1^st. Please note that we are closely monitoring the current developments concerning the COVID 19 pandemic and therefore may need to alter the conference program on short notice.

Registration Fees

Regular	350 euro	400 euro
ILS Members	250 euro	300 euro
Student*	200 euro	250 euro
Student ILS Members*	150 euro	200 euro
Industry	500 euro	600 euro

* Students should provide a scanned copy of a valid student ID upon registration.

Registration fee includes:

Access to all ILS2023 scientific activities
Welcome Reception and Poster session
Coffee breaks and lunches
Access to Sponsor Exhibition area
Conference materials

Participation in selected workshops on August 27^th may require an additional fee of 35€.

For the conference dinner participation we kindly ask for an additional fee of 50€
